Certain areas of our website may request personal information. You are under no circumstances required to submit any personal information that you would like to withhold. All information collected will be used only by the Tiwahe Lodge 45 for the specific purpose it was submitted for.

In order to protect the privacy of our members, by accessing this site you agree that you will not duplicate any information or content without the express written permission of the Sweetwater District unless otherwise stated on that section of this site. Pages with the following text "Information on this page may be redistributed or duplicated as needed" may be used as needed for the members of the Sweetwater District and the San Diego - Imperial Council.

Permission forms containing authorizations to use personal information of this site are required (i.e. last names, email addresses, etc) prior to use of that information on this website. Youth members under the age of eighteen require a parent or legal guardian's authorization on the Information Release Authorization form. The Tiwahe Lodge Information Release Authorization (Internet) is available for download under menu item District.

Personal information is not released without a signed Information Release Authorization (Internet). All Information Release Authorizations for the Sweetwater District are kept on file with the Sweetwater District Webmaster. Sweetwater District unit webpage managers maintain copies of their own Information Release Authorizations.
